Independent director
Philippe Charrier was
appointed to the Lafarge Board of Directors in 2005.
He is Vice Chairman, Chief
Executive Officer and director of Oenobiol. He was Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Procter & Gamble France from 1999 to 2006. He joined Procter
& Gamble in 1978 and held various positions, notably Chief Financial Officer
from 1988 to 1994, Marketing Director in France from 1994 to 1996, and Chief
Operating Officer of Procter & Gamble Morocco from 1996 to 1998.
His term of office expires at
the General Meeting approving financial statements for the financial year ended
2012.
He is Chairman of the Board
of Directors of Alphident and Dental Emco S.A. He is Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of Spotless group. He is also Chairman of "Entreprise et Progrès" and director of the "Fondation Nestlé pour la nutrition".
Mr. Charrier
holds 2,300 Lafarge shares. |
