  • G.B.L : 39,118,503 shares, i.e. 20.04% of the share capital; and 53,878,053 voting rights, i.e. 24.06 % of the estimated total voting rights,
  • N.N.S. Holding Sarl : 25,533,963 shares and voting rights; i.e. 13.1% of the share capital and 11.7 % of the estimated total voting rights.
