Independent director
Philippe Charrier was
appointed to the Lafarge Board of Directors in 2005.
He acts as President of Labco, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alphident and Dental Emco S.A. He is also a Founder member of the Club Entreprise et Handicap and a Director of Rallye. He is President of the association Cap' Cités established in 2010 and President of the Clubhouse established in 2011. He was Vice-President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of OEnobiol from 2006 to 2010 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Procter & Gamble France from 1999 to 2006. He joined Procter & Gamble in 1978 and held various financial positions before serving as Chief Financial Officer from 1988 to 1994, Marketing Director in France from 1994 to 1996, and Chief Operating Officer of Procter & Gamble Morocco from 1996 to 1998.
His term of office expires at
the General Meeting approving financial statements for the financial year ended
2012.
