As part of its on-going debt management program, Lafarge issued today Euro 500 Million of 15 year bonds, with a coupon of 4.75% and a yield to maturity of 4.80% . This refinancing of existing debt will extend the average maturity of Lafarge debt to 5 years, at a lower cost than the average cost of Lafarge's outstanding public debt.
